The new UI of Gliffy includes a help menu with an option for submitting a support request direct to you guys. As administrator for Confluence within our organisation, I would prefer that this option was removed, so that our users are in no doubt that any issues should be raised following the normal internal process. I.e. my team acts as a central point for escalation of issues. Ordinary users will not be able to supply log files etc, so you will also be lacking useful info which only administrators can provide.
Could this flexibility by built into the Gliffy Administration options?
Confluence allows customisation of the support message, so implementing this request would be in the same spirit.
