Completed: Scheduled Maintenance for Gliffy for Confluence Cloud, Gliffy for Jira Cloud, and Gliffy Project for Jira Applications

We are pleased to announce that our maintenance of Gliffy Diagram for Confluence and Jira on Atlassian Cloud and Gliffy Project for Jira has been successfully completed.

All Gliffy administrators and users on your instance are now able to fully access all of Gliffy's Atlassian Cloud Products.

Subsequent to the Gliffy maintenance window, two issues were identified and addressed by our engineering team -

Issue: Some users reported experiencing failures on diagram hyperlinks. This was caused by a front in script file responsible for HTML5 rendering was not properly loading. This issue was primarily experienced only by customers who use diagrams as navigation tools and in presentations. This was resolved during the maintenance period.

Issue: Some users reported that some diagrams were failing to render on restricted pages. This was caused by a change to Atlassian's Confluence security that denied access to the user. Once the maintenance period was complete, we created and deployed a patch to resolve the issue. The delay was to ensure proper testing prior to release.
