We do our best to provide refunds whenever possible. Provided your most recent transaction is within 30 (thirty) days, we will typically be able to provide a refund*. Please email email@example.com for assistance from the Admin email on the account (required).
*If you use any of the paid features after you have upgraded, we are unfortunately not able to refund you.
Refunds are NOT processed automatically if you cancel. This must be requested and received by Gliffy within 30 days by the Admin.
