How do I submit a support request to Gliffy?
Before submitting your request, please first try to search our forums and knowledge base for the answer to your question. Most common questions are answered there.

What information should I include?
For the fastest response to your inquiry, please be sure to include the following in your request:
- Submit the request from the email address associated with your account.
- Provide your browser and OS information. If you do not know what these are, click here to find out.
- Please provide a detailed description including exact repro steps and/or screenshots.
What is your turnaround time?
When you make a support request to Gliffy, we will respond to your request no more than 1 business day from the time of your request. We will do our best to get back to you much sooner, but we are a small company, so we appreciate your patience! Providing the information requested above in your initial correspondence will speed up response times.
Gliffy business hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Pacific Time. Gliffy is closed on major US holidays.
