    Hi Ken,

To signup for your account go here:

    https://www.gliffy.com/gliffy/signup/

Once you have created the account, click the upgrade banner at the bottom which will take you to a form to enter your credit card information and the user level for your account. Once you have created the account, return to the Gliffy editor and select Account -> Manage Account/Users from the upper right menu bar. This will provide you with a form to enter the email addresses for your users.

    Thank you,

    Keith Rockhold

    If I only need 20 licenses, can I purchase a 15 pack and a 5 pack?

    Hi Keith,

If I have a standard paid account, do other "collaborators" need to pay for their account?  Or can they collaborate with me without a full account?

    Thanks - Great product!

    Hi Mike,

Collaborators do not need to pay for an account. When you invite someone to Collaborate that has not used Gliffy before, they are automatically given a free trial. They are under no obligation to upgrade this and it does not affect the ability to collaborate with other users.

    Thanks,

    Katy

Hi Quick question. Typically there is some kind of volume discount.  What I'm seeing here is no price difference between 100 user license and a 1000 user license. Typically there is an incentive for buying in bulk but I'm not seeing that here. Actually on the Pro Version is 5 cents cheaper to order packs of 100 vs. 1000.  Is this document correct?

In fact, these "volume" pricing is slightly more expensive than buying single licenses which does not make any sense.

    Hi Alex,

There is no increase in price for a multi-user account per user. If you have a pricing question, please email  support@gliffy.com so we may assist you further. Thanks!

Sorry, but there is a price increase:

    Pro 100 user pack Monthly=$995.00

    Pro 1000 user pack Monthly=$9,995.00

... that makes it $45 more to get a "Pro 1000 user pack" than 10x "Pro 100 user packs" ;o)
