Are you migrating from a Cloud / OnDemand version of Confluence to a locally hosted one? Are you encountering an issue where you have no where to place the license key? If so, please follow these steps:
- Clear out any lingering license keys with this query: delete from bandana where bandanakey='com.gliffy.license.key';
- Restart your instance of Confluence and it will force the plugin to create a new trial license
- This time, it should allow you to add your new license when you try to configure the plugin
Alternatively, this issue has been resolved in our plugin versions 5.3.2 and above.
