We have ~5000 users, all with a public personal wiki space. Being that these users' personal wiki spaces are public they show up in the Gliffy browser. There are enough that the gliffy browser becomes unusably slow and eventually times out (not always but often enough.) The personal spaces are also listed first, followed by 'real' wiki spaces. So a browsing user must use the Gliffy style scrolling (flash?) to see anything other than personal spaces. With such a long list the slightest touch of the scroll slider flies through the list often landing you at a seemingly random section of the list.
We would appreciate an option to exclude personal wiki spaces from Gliffy's File > Open dialogue. We would like this option to be enabled/disabled from the Confluence Admin level.

Hi Will,
The previous behavior of the plugin was to only show the user's Personal Space. However, this would mean that other users' personal spaces weren't available as an option. Looks like there are 2 issues here: Scalability and Usability.
The best thing to do is to deal with the scalability of personal spaces first.
http://jira.gliffy.com/browse/GCONF-167
Then second to address the usability issue:
http://jira.gliffy.com/browse/GCONF-168
We'll be fixing the first issue in a dot fix release of Confluence 4.0.3 and addressing the usability in the next feature release 4.1. I can provide an early release of 4.0.3 to address this issue by the end of the week.
Thanks,
Eric
